PARTNERS
| Thomas
S. O'Brien, CPA,
is a co-founder of the Firm and served as Managing Partner for
the first ten years of its existence. He currently specializes
in the areas of retirement and estate planning but remains active
in the accounting and tax areas of client service.
Mr. O'Brien graduated from Iona College in
1959 with a BBA degree in Accounting and is licensed to practice
public accounting in Vermont, New York and New Jersey. He
is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the American
Accounting Association and the CPA Societies of both Vermont
and New York. He is also an Assistant Professor of Business
at the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, having been on the
adjunct faculty since 1975.
Prior community and professional service includes
memberships on the boards of the Rutland Regional Medical
Center and the Rutland Free Library. Mr. O'Brien is also a
Past-President of the Vermont Society of CPAs and Past Chairman
of both the Vermont Board of Public Accountancy and the Mill
River Union High School Board. He served as a member of the
Regional Board of Vermont National Bank and is currently a
member of the Regional Advisory Board of the Stafford Technical
Center.

| Thomas
B. Shortle, CPA, CVA,
is a co-founder of the Firm and became Managing Partner in 1998.
While active in all areas of client service, he specializes
in business advisory services, including business valuations
and holds the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst. In
addition, he has had extensive experience providing litigation
support for the legal community.
Mr. Shortle received a B.S. in Business Administration
from Castleton State College. Tom is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs and the Vermont Society of CPAs, having
served the latter as President of the Board of Directors.
He is also a member of The National Association of Certified
Valuation Analysts.
Active in the community, He currently serves
as a member of the Accounting Advisory Committee at Stafford
Technical Center in Rutland and a member of the Board of Directors
of the Rutland Area Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice.

| James
B. Reynolds, CPA,
became a partner in 1991. He serves as the manager of the Firm's
Accounting and Auditing Department and specializes in the area
of Estate and Retirement Planning. He also manages the Firm's
computer consulting service.
Mr. Reynolds graduated from Castleton State
College with a B.S. in Accounting. He was a member of the
adjunct faculty at the College of St. Joseph in Rutland from
1987 through 2001. He is a member of the American Institute
of CPAs and the Vermont Society of CPAs.
Along with other members of the Firm, Mr.
Reynolds donates his time to the community. He is currently
president of the West Rutland Free Library and
the West
Rutland Development Corporation. He is also
Treasurer of Neshobe Golf Club and past chair of the REDC
finance committee.

Thomas
J. Sabotka, CPA, became a partner in 2001. He serves
as the manager of the Tax Department. He specializes in business
and personal tax and planning services. He also does extensive
work in various types of audits for commercial and non-profit
entities.
Mr.
Sabotka graduated from Siena College with a BBA in Accounting
in 1995. He is presently completing his Masters of Science
in Taxation from Bentley College McCallum Graduate School
of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs
and Vermont Society of CPAs.
Mr.
Sabotka was born and raised in the Rutland and has stayed
active within the community. He has been the freshman football
coach at Rutland High School since 1995. During his free time,
he enjoys spending time with is wife Traci and two young children.
He also enjoys competing in various triathlons and marathons.
